International Admission: Bachelor (Degree)
Providence established the first Department of Mass Communication in central Taiwan in 2005. As an academic research center, the department holds a prestigious position in central Taiwan and offers endless possibilities. Its professional faculty makes use of advanced facilities to educate students to be efficient and ethical practitioners of mass media on local and international settings.
The curricula combine theory with hands-on experience. Programs in broadcast, journalism, advertising and public relations are offered. Students take fundamental and advanced communication courses in television, radio and film. They also conduct research, carry out production projects and participate in internships with the press, government, communities and other media professionals outside of the classroom. With such training, graduates of the Department of Mass Media are bound for success!
