The on-going goal of the Department of Computer Science and Information Management is to foster a deeper understanding in students of research, development, management, and integration in informatics systems.
To obtain their objectives, students participate in problem solving activities, create innovative projects, take certification tests and learn to design computer software and other programs. They are expected to work collaboratively while at the same time toiling to be outstanding in a competitive field.
The department cooperates with industries and other academic institutions in central Taiwan based on students interests. Moreover, experienced professional in related industries are invited to assess students achievements and sometimes they offer rewards for exceptional student work.
