Introduction
The library is established with the goal to collate, manage and preserve books or information that the university, faculties, teachers and researchers will need. It aims to inculcate a passion to read among students, while training them to research independently and providing teachers and students with an excellent, convenient e-academic and research environment. The library has 6 units and 2 centers including the procurement unit, cataloguing unit, reference unit, the journals unit, the collection browsing unit, system information unit, audio-visual center and art center, providing complete library information and services to students and teachers.
Service Scope
- Providing rich collection of books, journals, information and diversified electronic resources.
- Collating books, audio-visual information for browsing and borrowing.
- Engaging in inter-library cooperation, library leveraging learning courses, professor designated reference books and digital learning services.
- Managing audio-visual devices, equipment and venue rental services (international meeting room, Small theatre, audio-visual classroom, language classroom, music appreciation classroom)
- Organizing the exhibition of university archives and music appreciation program playback.
- Organize visual art exhibition and viewing tours.
- Providing search using personal computer and an entire wireless Internet library environm
