Introduction
The Office of Student Affairs・ main service goal and notion is to create a warm, safe and learning-centric campus for students and teachers. It established and is promoting its ：Volunteer PU； campus culture with its strategic team of student affair personnel. The Office aims to improve its service performance, stimulate the well-rounded development of students, realize character education, help Taiwan train excellent-caliber citizens who love Taiwan and have global perspectives.
The Office is made up of 5 second-grade units- the counseling team, extra-curricular activity unit, the medical care unit, accommodation service unit and career-planning center. In recent years, the Office has planned to integrate ：character education； into students・ lifestyles and further promote its ：Volunteer PU； campus culture. PU is the first university in Taiwan to promote service learning, this is evident of PU・s unconventional way of thinking. PU is also very creative in counselor counseling works, training counselor ability, while at the same time expanding budgets to address increasing costs and manpower. Its priorities are students・ safety, campus environment improvement, student union operation, student group・s activity performance, career counseling, accommodation services, promoting health awareness etc. It has had excellent performance and results in the past years.
The Office of Student Affairs will continue to work hard and create a well-rounded student learning model, excellent student living environment, training students to become public citizens who care about the community and are responsible but with global perspectives.
