Introduction

The Office of Budget and Finance is made up of the Budgeting Unit, Internal Audit Unit and Accounting Unit. The Office is mainly responsible for the university’s annual budgeting proposal, execution, revenue and expenditure evaluations, finance asset addition or disposal etc. Financial asset budgeting, contract signing and evaluation, internal and external correspondence, signing, drafting and executing, entire campus personal tax payment form development, year-end entire campus tax payment form development, salary adjustment form development, payroll analysis table, subpoena development, accounting, annual financial account closure are also part of the Office’s responsibilities.
