The Providence University community extends its warm welcome to all the new teachers and staff members. The orientation included visiting campus facilities and resource centers. In his welcome address, President Dr. Matthew Min-Teh Yu¡Asaid, ¡¨It¡¦s when we put our whole heart in what we do that will make the difference. In enhancing teaching, research, counseling and community service, every teacher and staff play a key role in creating an environment conducive for a high quality education.¡¨ Bishop Joseph Wang Yu-Jung, President of the Board of Trustees, also extended his welcome to our new members. He mentioned that Providence University as a catholic institution stresses holistic and life education, promotes the principles of Catholic faith, permeates the Gospel spirit of love in the students¡¦ personality, culture and harmonious development. Catholic priests, nuns and lay teachers serving on campus are happy to be of assistance.
