Announces Study in Taiwan On-line Survey
Competition
The Ministry of
Education,
Republic of China
(Taiwan) in an effort to promote its international ˇ§Study in
Taiwanˇ¨ program, has launched an on-line survey competition, which
began
on March 21, 2005 and close on June 10, 2005.
The ˇ§Study in Taiwanˇ¨ program offers international students the
unique opportunity to study in Taiwan for the purpose of pursuing
a formal degree program, at one of Taiwanˇ¦s many universities or
colleges.
Interested individuals or
potential students may further inquire at the ˇ§Study in Taiwanˇ¨
official website,
http://www.studyintaiwan.org for more
detailed information about Taiwan, the application process, the
information guide to universities/colleges, scholarship
information, or other related and useful information.
To enter the on-line
survey competition, participants must complete

on-line surveys
regarding the on-line ˇ§Study in Taiwanˇ¨ website. Individuals who
are teachers, undergraduate or graduate students, researchers or
university administrators in charge of international affairs and
not of Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality, are welcome to
participate in this event.
Five lucky winners will be drawn,
by the Minister of Education, in lottery fashion, from qualified
and completed entries, by the end of June 2005. Winners will
receive round-trip economy class airfare and accommodations during
their visit to Taiwan and tour of Taiwanˇ¦s universities and
colleges.
